X3d Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guidelines for the Bangladesh Betting Platform

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the x3d platform (https://x3d.best), including the website, mobile application, and any other digital channels. x3d is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, which shall be considered the authoritative version. Should any translated version exist and conflict with the original Bengali text, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Account Security:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact x3d Support immediately.

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

X3d complies with all international gaming standards and follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure responsible gaming. Each user may be required to submit the following documents for identity verification.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• A minimum stake of ৳50 applies per bet, with a specified maximum limit.
• Multiple bets on the same event are allowed, though some markets may have restrictions.
• In a parlay or multi-bet, if any single bet loses, the entire parlay is void.

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed:

• If a match is completely cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a result is determined by the DLS method, bets will be settled according to that result.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe, the bet will be voided.
• If a live match is abandoned mid-way, bets may be settled based on the play completed up to that point.

Live Betting — Special Rules:

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If your connection is lost while placing a bet and the bet is not successfully recorded, it will be considered void. x3d reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault.

X3d offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Certain conditions must be met to claim and withdraw these bonuses.

Wagering Requirements:

• A specified number of wagers (typically 5–20x) must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Account Closure by User:

Inactive Account:

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 months will be considered inactive. A monthly service fee of ৳100 or 1% of the balance — whichever is lower — may be charged on inactive accounts.
